Agreement

The service

Basevex hosts LoRA adapters on supported base models and provides an API to run inference with them. During the private preview, features, limits and prices may change.

Accounts and organizations

You’re responsible for activity in your organization, for keeping API keys secret, and for the people you invite.

Sandbox

Sandbox responses are synthetic and are provided for integration testing only. They are not model output.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans have a monthly fee plus metered token charges as described in your price book. Charges are billed through Stripe. [Refund, tax and late-payment terms to be completed.]

Your content

You keep all rights to the adapters you upload and the prompts and outputs of your requests. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload and use your adapters, and that your use complies with the base model’s license.

Availability

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an organization that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that doesn’t pay. [Notice and termination terms to be completed.]
