Who we are

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, password hash, organization membership and role.
• Organization data: organization name, client names and references you enter, settings.
• Uploaded artifacts: LoRA adapter files and their metadata.
• Request metadata: time, deployment, API key id, token counts, latency, status and error codes for each inference request.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.
• Security logs: IP addresses and actions in our audit log.

What we don’t collect

We do not store or log the prompts you send or the outputs the model returns.

Why we use it
