Per-client reporting

Know what each client costs you.

Built for agencies and multi-tenant products. Every request is attributed to one of your clients, with tokens, cost and the amount to bill — ready to re-invoice.

Client-scoped keys

One key per client. Nothing more.

Give each client’s application its own API key. A client-scoped key attributes every request to that client and can only call that client’s deployments — anything else is refused.

  • Optional expiry and IP allowlists per key
  • Revoke one client’s access without touching the others

Markup

Your cost and the amount to bill, side by side.

Set a markup percentage on a client and every report shows both what Basevex charges you and what to invoice them. Markup is for your own invoicing — it never changes what we charge.

  • Monthly spend cap per client, without affecting the rest
  • Emails at 80% and 100% of a cap

Export

A CSV that matches your invoice.

Pick any date range and export. Requests, input and output tokens, cost and amount to bill — and the totals match your usage dashboard and Basevex invoice for the same period.

  • Token counts from the runtime, never the client
  • Prompts and outputs are never stored

Attribution rule

Every request belongs to exactly one client — or none.

  1. 1

    The key’s client

If the API key is assigned to a client, the request is theirs.

  2. 2

    Else the deployment’s client

Otherwise, the client the deployment is assigned to.

  3. 3

    Else unassigned

Otherwise it shows as “Unassigned” in reports — never guessed.
